Prior to launching her consulting practice, Jackie served as Simmons Research's Chief Client Officer, spear-heading its client first strategy. There she brought together both the syndicated and custom sales teams as well as the client engagement team to foster integrated and comprehensive client relationships. While at Simmons she also ran the custom research business unit streamlining offerings and driving growth.
Prior to joining Simmons, Jackie was the Director of Product Development for Social Media and Text Analytics at J.D. Power and Associates where she focused on finding ways to highlight and integrate the value of social media and text analytics for clients. There she helped companies maximize the value of social media in their relationships with their customers from both the marketing and service sides. Her work on social media and customer satisfaction won her a 2013 ARF Great Minds Award.
Before joining J.D. Power, Jackie held a number of roles at Forrester Research including leading their global consumer research group, Consumer Technographics, and consulting with clients as a Senior Analyst. As an award-winning expert in the field of consumer technology adoption, especially Millennials, she was cited in a variety of publications from The New York Times to The Wall Street Journal, online sources such as Mashable and ReadWriteWeb and contributed to the books, Marketing to Millennials and Groundswell.
As a research expert and innovative strategist, Jackie has spoken at and keynoted a variety of industry events and lectured at a variety of universities.
She holds an M.S from Boston University and a B.A. from Boston College.
